The Alix Shark is a professional laser system for reducing unwanted body and facial hair and performing selected aesthetic skin applications. The combination of the 755 nm Alexandrite and 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelengths enables treatment settings to be adapted to different skin and hair types. Individually adjustable parameters support application-specific configuration for the respective treatment area.
The integrated compressor and air-cooling system provides cooling during application and can help support treatment comfort. The device has a stated power output of 5000 W and is classified as laser class IV. Its white, technical housing design is intended for professional use in beauty salons and aesthetic practices.
The device may only be operated by appropriately trained professionals following a careful assessment of the skin type, hair type and treatment area. The required safety measures for laser class IV must be observed, particularly the use of suitable eye protection and a controlled treatment area. Results and the number of sessions required may vary between individuals.
